Noah Kastelman, Senior LHP from Glen Rock, has been dominating all year.  From the the beginning of winter, pushing his mechanics and attitude indoors, to the mound in the Spring, Noah has been tearing up the competition.  Last month the Bergen Record declared him as a top candidate for Pitcher of the Year, and Noah hasn’t done anything to change that.  On the season he has pitched 46.2 innings and is holding a 1.35 ERA.  His near 3:1 Strikeout to Walk ratio is fantastic.  Keeping hitters off balance has allowed him to go deep into games, completing a bunch of them himself, and still only averaging 80 pitches per outing.  Noah is off to college next year and should definitely be a Person of the Year candidate for his work ethic both in the classroom and on the field.  Very proud of you Noah! Keep pushing!!!
